Emma Raducanu had a strong showing at the Miami Open in March – with the Brit causing multiple upsets en route to a quarter-final berth.
She beat the likes of No. 8 seed Emma Navarro and No. 17 seed Amanda Anisimova – and in doing so – the 22-year-old proved she still has the ability to compete with the world’s best.
Given her encouraging campaign in Miami – fans of Raducanu are hopeful she can build on her recent success and make a deep run at the WTA’s Madrid Open.
With that in mind – let’s take a look at the odds Raducanu is garnering to win it all in Spain.
At the time of writing, Raducanu is a significant outsider with Sky Bet to win her maiden WTA 1000 event – with the 2021 US Open winner currently priced at a wide 66/1.
Raducanu’s first round match-up takes place this afternoon – as she goes up against the Netherlands’ Suzan Lamens.
