Andy Murray maintained his perfect preparations for Wimbledon by winning the Rothesay Open - his second ATP Challenger Tour title in a week.

But it was being surprised by his children at the Nottingham Tennis Centre that had the 36-year-old beaming with joy and lost for words.
Murray, who won the Surbiton Trophy last week, overcame France’s Arthur Cazaux to win in straight sets [6-4, 6-4].

Despite being in his best form since 2017 having now won ten games in a row, Murray’s attention instantly turned to wanting to head home and see his four children.

Speaking after his triumph, the Scotsman was surprised by his wife Kim Sears and their four young children sitting in the stands on Father’s Day to leave the three-time Grand Slam champion shocked.

He said: “I’ll get back home tonight and see my kids for Father’s Day, so hopefully I’ll get in before their bedtime.
