TALK OF THE TOWN: Wimbledon stalwarts see red over Emma Raducanu’s pink kit

Wimbledon is renowned for the stringent dress codes it imposes on its hallowed courts, with an ‘all-white’ diktat originally enshrined in the regulations almost 150 years ago.

Yet I hear Emma Raducanu, has been ‘outraging members’ at the home of tennis by wearing a provocative pink kit while practising there.

One irked insider at SW19 complained that the British star, who won the US Open in 2021 at the age of 19, is wearing ‘whatever outfit she wants’.
